Ability First Care maintains on-site staffing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This continuous presence is not a minimum standard we meet. It is a core part of how we provide care. Residents are never without a trained team member available, whether it is early morning, late at night, or any moment in between.

Our 24/7 support model allows us to respond quickly to any need, prevent crises before they escalate, maintain consistent daily routines, and provide the stable, safe environment that is essential for the wellbeing of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
