Our Mission
Ability First Care is a licensed Home and Community Based residential treatment facility in Texas, providing structured, home-like care for adults diagnosed with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Everything we do is guided by Texas HCS standards and a deep commitment to the people we serve.
We believe every person deserves to live with dignity, build independence, and participate meaningfully in their community. That belief shapes every care plan, every staff interaction, and every decision we make.
Our residents receive individualized support in a safe, structured, and welcoming environment. No two people are alike, and no two care plans should be either.
